1、熟练掌握公司产品，根据客诉等级和售后信息，直接回复客人客诉处理方法。根据公司售后政策，及时处理客户相关售后需求；

2、负责对接品质和产品，业务，研发，工程部门，反馈客诉问题点，作好内外沟通联络。有良好的沟通协调能力和组织管理能力，团队精神和学习能力；

3、负责产品售后质量信息的统计分析，熟悉客户8D报告回复；

4、有家电类售后产品外贸行业者优先；

5、能熟练使用英语进行听说写工作交流，包括会议、输出报告、邮件等。
