Responsibilities:

1.Oversee IT operations of the manufacturing facilities in multiple operation sites, R&D centers  in Hong Kong and SE Asia

2.Oversee the implementation of ERP, IT infrastructure and security, technology and application services integration works of all sites

3.Develop user-friendly and powerful ERP systems for all operations to increase the efficiency of each operation and the company as a whole

4.Manage projects and programs to meet operation needs and requirements of each stakeholder department.

5.Develop reliable and meaningful performance data, insightful analysis, and report from the ERP system for corporate, departmental, and operational performance review

6.Ensure delivery of all projects in accordance with requirements, scope,schedule and budgets, all within the PMO and PLM framework ;

7.Lead, collaborate, communicate and liaise with project stakeholders, internal teams and vendors

8.Manage and monitor vendor's delivery and quality

9.Ensure stability, reliability and security of all systems

10.Position based in Dongguan, ChinaTravel to other sites when required.

Requirement:

1.University degree holder or above in Information Technology, ComputerScience or related disciplines

2.10 + years of relevant working experience in Information Technology inelectronics component 3.manufacturing facilities and minimum 5+ years insenior manager position

4.Proven track records in development, implementation and managing ERP HRM, , Process Development Engineering System (PDES), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES),as well as good understanding in system architecture,plus knowledge in technology infrastructure and security functions in multiplesites locally and overseas

5.Solid experience in requirement & system analysis, design and documentation

6.Creative and innovative, ability to provide solutions

7.Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage team

8.Self-motivated, analytical, detailed-oriented, independent with excellent problem-solving skills

9.Well organized, detail minded, flexible and adaptable, ability to work independently and multi-tasks

10.Commit to the job, strong sense of responsibility, capable of working underpressure and possess good problem-solving skills

11.Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
