FIN & ADMIN assistant /Trainee 财务行政实习生

JOB PURPOSE

To assit Accounting Supervisor running the accounting department at place. To maintain financial records and assist with audits, ensure efficiency and compliance.

协助财务主管负责财务部门的运作。维护财务数据并协助审计，确保日常工作的合规有效。

Functional Responsibility

• Daily cash and bank account registration 现金和银行日记账核算
• Use Kingdee sofeware 使用金蝶财务软件
• Taxation invoice issued and cost invoice registration 开具税票并录入成本发票
• Reimbursement 费用报销
• Complete the finance data entry of group and domestic ERP system 完成集团和国内ERP系统的数据录入
• Assist with financial budget/audits 配合完成集团预算和审计工作
• Office suppliers and equipments procurement/maintain 办公用品和设备的采购及维护
• Assist HR manager or HR agency to do HR issues 协助人事经理或代理完成分公司人事工作
• Other works arranged by branch manager or finance manager 完成其他分公司经理或者主管安排的工作

Personal Capabilities & Education

• Financial related College Degree or above new graduates or trainee大专以上在校生或应届毕业生均可
• Good learning and Independent working ability良好的学习能力和独立的工作能力
• Meticulous work,sense of responsibility, good Communication skills and team spirit 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神
• Make sure 2-3days working time every week 每周保证2-3天工作时间
• Relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry work experience will be given priority 具有相关货运或物流行业的工作经验优先考虑
