职位描述


  

Job Description:

  

  

  1. Working close with oversea engineers and local products development team, In charge of the project from concept to run mass production smoothly.

  2. Establish and manage the project within triple constraint of time, cost, scope under quality control.

  3. Maintain and Establish customer interfaces, monitor customer relations and fulfill customer needs.

  4. Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, customer requirements, and related Standards.

  5. Monitor and initiate when necessary corrective actions for product design, commercial issues, and production processes.

  6. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

  7. Analysis and support to quality issues.

  8. Provide direction and support to project team.


  

Qualification:

  

  

  1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electronics

  2. 5+ year experience design or project management relate to automotive industry.

  3. Breadth knowledge of automotive industry, connectors, wire harness, plastic and metal parts

  4. Fluent English both in oral and written is a must

  5. Familiar with PRO-E, AutoCAD, MS-Project. Experience in SAP system will be top-priority.

  6. Good experience in APQP, ISO/TS16949 systems, and Automotive relevant standards, regulations

  7. Good understanding the producing process about assembling & injection molding

  8. Excellence communication skills involves the colleagues of the company in China Germany, Chech republic, US, Mexico etc

  9. Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  10. Leadership, planning, organizing and time management
