Responsibilities:
1. Check and verify payment requests and make system booking.
2. Design the efficient AP work flow and cooperate EF project of Electronic Invoice Management
3. Vendor create/maintenance control
4. Urgent payment control
5. Monitor and reconcile each AP cycle to ensure that the payment deadline is met and get the correct statistic information for each AP cycle.
6. Prepare monthly AP aging report to make sure sub-ledger AP balance is reconciled with GL AP balance and follow up overdue items.
7. Support monthly closing and do some reclassification accordingly if needed.
8. Well communicates with various products and departments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above and majored in Accounting or Economics
2. Well organized, Mature, diligent and highly responsible
3. More than 5 years' related working experience, full set of accounting experience is plus.
4. Good knowledge of Chinese Accounting Regulation
5. Good communicator and team player, and can work independently
6. Familiar with MS office and other business systems
7. Fluency in written and spoken English
