Daily troubleshooting of production processes specific to plastic injection molding

解决注塑过程中所遇到的问题

Process optimization of injection molding programs, from a press, tool and process parameter standpoint using a structured process optimization approach

对五金冲压模具，注塑模具及其工艺参数上能用结构化的方法进行优化

Technical supervision and monitoring of process (include material drying, mold setting, material and color change tech)

对产品在注塑过程中进行技术指导并监督整个工艺制程（从材料干燥，模具设置，材料颜色更换等）

Provide injection molding process expertise in the development of new products, materials, new technologies, production equipment and processes concerning manufacturing of thermoplastic ophthalmic lenses.

在引进新产品，新材料及新技术的过程中提供专业的知识指导，

Qualifications:

 Broad knowledge of a discipline such as injection molding, plastics engineering or mechanical engineering.

在注塑模具，塑胶工程及技术工程学科方面有着深厚的知识。

Fundamental understanding of material properties and their relationship with injection molding, or other material processing.

对材料属性及材料与注塑模具的之间的衔接有基本了解。

Experience in manufacturing. General understanding of interplay between tool/part design and its impact on molding

 了解模具设计对模具塑造的影响

Hands-on approach to problem solving utilizing statistical data analysis with a good understanding of latest advances in scientific injection molding

对科学注模有着先进的理念，对于用数据分析解决问题有着实战经验，

Understanding of injection mold / tooling

 A basic understanding of computational methods used in polymer flow, thermal and structural analysis

对于聚合物的流动的计算方法有着基本了解，能对热结构进行分析

Ability to collaborate with material suppliers for thermoplastic development.

能够跟供应商配合开发热塑性料件

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

有着良好的团队合作关系及人际交往能力

Good written and verbal communication skills
