Responsibility:

1. Cooperate with legal team to review all contracts .
2. Daily consult for trademark use and copyright checking for brands design team, marketing team and sales team.
3. Collecting and online approval for copyright Declaration filing by supplier.
4. Assist to collect use evidence for trademark Administration case and civil cases.
5. Responsible for manage new brands overseas registration and authorization issue.
6. Other  related matter in company.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3years or above  working experience in IP Agency or law firm.
3. Working language English and Chinese, general technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and components.
4. Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build working relationship with internal and external partner.
