Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Recruitment:
Source and attract people of the right competencies, experience and caliber to meet the people resource needs and
changing demand of the Company.
Execute the recruits, searching and screening CVs, making phone interviews, arranging face to face interview by
line supervisors or managers, making reference check and issuing offers after approval
Make regular recruitment reports to management to ensure all new manpower needs are met.
Training & Development:
Provide new orientation for new staff;
Conduct staff training need survey and make annual training plan accordingly per the company’s budget;
Implement the internal training for staff per the annual training plan;
Conduct training evaluation and keep the training record ;
Complete training report regularly to management to ensure all training needs are met.
Employee Relations:
Organize employee activities, such as outing, annual dinner, sports etc. to enhance the employee relations;
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
Bachelor's degree; at least two years working experience in HR field, especially in recruitment and employee relations;
Good command of oral and written English;
Good communication skill and presentation skill;
Have good knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
