MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a team that will put the company in a favorable position to realize the company vision. Be an active business partner in all aspects of HR management to ensure staff engagement. Promote staff knowledge and skills and organize trainings within a sharing environment. Organize and implement HR management activities in company to ensure an attractive and competitive working environment and retain our best people.

2. Ensure timely and efficient recruitments according to targeted profiles

3. Ensure compensation & benefit are compliant with government regulations within budget

4. Implement PCM and performance management

5. Training & development

6. Organize staff events to promote company culture and employee sense of belongings enhancement

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong adaptability, like international working atmosphere and challenges

2. Strong data analysis, process mapping skills and learning ability

3. Solid presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

4. Team player, open-mind and international way of thinking
