Job Description:

工作要求：

- Familiar with mold making for above mentioned product line;familiar with different plastic material and its characteristics & finishing;

熟悉常用塑料特性及注塑工艺，精通文具，玩具的模具制作工艺；

- Can handle product Development to ensure that products meet customers' quality and product problem solving

熟悉塑胶文具和玩具开发工艺流程，根据客人出口标准，精益生产管理和问题解决能力

- Familiar with the quality control;

较强的质量控制能力

- Can handle product inspection in different stage:sampling, mass production, final goods;

从打板，大货生产到尾期验货，严格控制质量

- Have good personality and can work with the team and manufacturers from product development till final shipment.

良好的工厂沟通和协调生产能力

Minimum QualificationRequirement:

任职资格：

-Over 5 years experience in stationery & plastic toys field in manufactory or
Foreign owned export company

5年以上文具和玩具的注塑经验，工厂注塑经验和外贸出口塑胶产品公司经验优先

- Experience with plastic, stationery & plastic toys production

熟悉注塑工艺流程，塑胶文具和玩具生产流程

- Experience in wood furniture is a plus, but not required.

熟悉板木类出口家具优先（但不是必要条件）

- Ability to communicate in English is a plus, but not required.

能用简单的英语进行沟通优先（但不是必要条件）

- Handled OEM projects, from development to orders and re-orders

独立处理自主研发的产品，全线参与产品的开发到正式订单采购并重复采购

-Expert in conducting factory evaluations, production line inspections, product development inspections and sample approval inspections

按公司标准进行工厂评估和验厂，进行样品的开发与审核

- Expert with email, word processing, pdf, and making reports, per our documentation

熟练使用设计画图软件修改图样，熟练邮件处理，WORD，PDF文件处理，并按公司的要求进行相关报告的制作

- Understand EU and US testing standards for stationery & plastic toys

熟悉欧美的塑胶文具和玩具测试标准

- Highly organized, Self Motivated, independent, Ethical,Willing to learn and Responsible, team player is a must, Positive, energetic with 'can do' attitude

工作积极主动，个性独立，高效管理，学习快，责任心强，具有团队合作意识，能承受工作压力，勇于克服困难
