We are looking for a passionate Accountant to join our Dongguan team. As part of the VPS team, you will act to support the VPS team and Assistant Finance Manager by completing vendor payment and accounting tasks.

    

How will you make a difference?

    

• Prepare vendor payment by monitoring bonus discount & outstanding claims
• Verify vendor documentation
• Follow up on hold payment instruction
• Maintain Vendor ledger by verifying and posting vendor payable transactions
• Research vendor’s inquiries and provide feedback
• Issue statement to Customer
• Manage Customer’s settlement and their aging
• Follow up on customer’s overdue and any statement issues
• Assist in completing ad hoc accounting tasks

    

Who are we looking for?

·         Higher diploma or diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

·         Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

·         Proficient in MS Office (outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)

·         Takes initiative, is analytical, fast-paced, responsible and able to meet deadlines

·         Self-motivated and has good interpersonal skills

·         Relevant job experiences and communication with overseas office is a plus
