Responsibilities:

> Ensure the inspection schedule, technical audit and sample picking is done upon receipt of booking from suppliers.

> Ensure the inspection or audit report report is uploaded in GBSS with inspection or audit status updated in GBSS.

> Ensure the CRC is released for order passed the inspection and uploaded in GBSS and debit note issued properly to suppliers.

> Ensure data integrity in GBSS.

> Ensure the failed and pending inspection report is managed properly with QA and Merchandiser.

> Ensure the inspection summary updated and provide the monthly statistical report.

> 60% QC coordination job and 40% inspection (onsite or platform) support.

> Domestic travel as and when necessary 30 - 50%.

> Support Manager in pulling raw data and analyse to give key information on KPI and monthly progress.

> Ensure cost saving on external inspection cost.

> Check 3rd party quotation and cost on inspection, send to QC manager for approval, ensure payments on time by finance.

> Coordinate team's leaving plan

> Coordinate team's annual leave plan, overtime and compensation leave.

> Follow up with 3rd party on weekly basis for impact on inspection due to contingencies.

Requirments:

> Educational standard to college level.

> Good interpersonal skill and be a good team player.

> Detail minded and well organized.

> Good in MS computer application.

> Understanding about the business enviorment and QC operation procedure.

> with Quality Inspection skill in Apparel field is most welcome.
