工作职责:

1. Employment related legal advice and case handling

2. Dispute resolution

3. Contract Review

- Store Leasing contracts

- Commercial contracts

4. Consumer Protection

- Marketing Compliance, i.e. marketing material (advertisement, in-store material, SMS texting) review

- Product Compliance according to related Product Quality Laws and Regulations

- Privacy compliance, consumer data protection

- Consumer complaint resolution

5. Corporate related matters

- Documents related to power of attorney for internal contract/approval mechanism, such as power of attorneys, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions and so on

- Company registration related matters such as change of board directors/supervisors/registered capital/registered address/shareholder/annual filing

- Liaise with internal functions and external agencies regarding above

- Maintain Company Corporate database

6. Other legal or corporate related matters

任职资格:

1. Bachelor of Law or above; education background from top rank law school is a plus

2. 3 - 5 years’ work experience as inhouse or lawyer, experience in multinational company or in top rank law firm is preferred

3. Strong communication skill with fluent oral and written English as working language

4. Solid ability to draft formal letters, emails, and legal documents

5. Passing judicial exam is a plus

6. Good team worker, and good business sense is a plus
