工作职责:

1.负责生产线测试站搭建、调试、验证；测试不良的分析与异常处理；

2.协助开发团队，提出功能需求，审核治具设计，指导治具制作与优化；

3.负责测试产品、测试设备技术手册的编制；产线测试人员的技术指导和培训；

4.生产测试治具和测试设备的校准，测试数据文档的核对、统计分析、归档保存工作；

5.负责测试设备、工装的备品管理&测试软件、程序管理；

6.了解产品可制造性DFM评估&测试效率的提升。

任职资格:

1.了解电子产品的生产及测试要求，有从事项目Station DRI的工作经历更佳；

2.了解测试治具的验证、调试、测试不良分析；

3. 工作态度良好，乐于学习善于接受挑战

4. 有较强的主动性及团队合作精神，善于沟通

5.有GRR, CPK等工具知识，有基本英语读写能力更好

6.学历：中专及以上，优秀毕业生也可以考虑

7.专业：计算机、自动化等相关专业；
