工作职责:

1. Make weekly and daily production plan base on customer requirement, materials stock availability and line /machine capacity. 根据客户需求，对物料库存的可用性和生产线/机器产能制定每周和每日生产计划。
2. Monitor daily production situation (WIP/Input/output) and take action to keep production run smoothly from material flow point of view. 监控日常生产状况(在制品/输入/输出)，并采取措施从物料流的角度保持生产平稳进行。
3. Work with cross team of both Chinese and other country to improve material shortage and improve input punctuality. 与中国和其他国家/地区的跨团队合作，以改善物料短缺并提高投入准时性。
4. Make analysis, adjust production priority and take action to reduce components inventory, and service to market. 根据分析，调整生产顺序并采取行动以减少零件库存和市场服务。
5. Assist team to solve issue. 协助团队解决问题。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major is economy, management or related. 本科以上学历，经济、管理学或相关专业。
2. Proficient in spoken and written English. 精通英语口语和书写。
3. Good communication skill. 良好的沟通能力。
4. Good logic thinking and data analysis. 良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力
5. Good teamwork mindset. 良好的团队合作精神。
