Responsibilities:

Project Implementation

• Participate of logistics process design for company projects, generate & execute logistics operation plan.
• Investigate, analyze, and offer the overall solution (including transit time/routing/compliance/cost efficiency/etc.) to global customer.            
• Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet custom requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes.
• Managing forwarders to arrange the international freight and domestic transportation, custom clearance and oversea inland delivery in accordance with customer requirement.
• Liaise with manufacture and coordination of loading plan, capability distribution in peak season.
• ERP & Freight system maintenance through working with external/internal project members.

Database Maintenance

• Master file maintenance including product specification/ HS code/ declare elements/etc.
• In charge of data integration about routing/transit time/cost/security/ hazardous nature of the goods
• Mapping and balance data discrepancy, guarantee data accuracy & completeness between different internal/external IT systems.

3PL management

• Outbound and inbound freight KPI tracking, and generate weekly/monthly report
• Check and arrange payment of freight and other charges, or collection of payment on behalf of the client.
• Contract or agreement management for long term or short-term venders

Others

• Action proposal for logistics critical issues
• Other work assigned by line manager
