职位描述
· Must adhere to the Internal Policies and Guidelines of the company that are given to the agent.
· Avoid unplanned absences and tardiness
· To protect the operations in the event that an unplanned surge of requests occurs.
· Do the GSC general training when new hires on board.
· Manage training related materials and keep them up to date.
· Evaluate new hires training result and provide certification if qualified to go live.
· Make sure New hire’s Resolution Rate can reach the average level of the whole team for infra within 3 months after go live
· Communicate with global about knowledge gap and new release.
· Provide the GSC new knowledge or refresh training if any requests raised.
· Report the training schedule and progress on time.
· Apply necessary accounts for new hires according to account list.
· Align with team leader to implement initiatives
· Improved technical and soft skills and applied the skills in daily job.
· Assist SME/SV to create KBA as backup
· Assist QA to perform QA/QC as backup
· Assist management team to handle outage as backup
· Get observation for team’s knowledge and Raise training request
