1. 管理动力设备及环保设施的安全经济运行，保证电力、蒸汽、压缩空气、处理水的供应；
2. 督导污水处理工作，并监控污水及废气的排放情况，确保各类污染物排放达标；
3. 负责与外部供电及供水公司联络，如有停电、停水，启动相应处理程序；
4. 负责动力区域人员的管理、培训及绩效辅导；
5. 负责动力设备维保工作计划及安排，不断完善维修体系及备件管理；
6. 每月定期根据故障记录，对故障进行有效分析，不断提升设备的可靠性；
7. 根据生产及管理目标制定动力的工作计划和资金预算；
8. 完成上级安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，机电、动力、能源相关专业；
2. 有5年以上动力工程经验，有3年以上管理岗位工作经验；
3. 精通能源动力及污水环保知识，有特种设备安全管理培训、能源管理分析培训、环境污染治理培训经验为佳；
4. 有较强的动手能力和实际解决问题的能力，能对设备运行情况进行分析及评估；
5. 团队合作意识强，有强烈的上进心，责任心强，能够吃苦耐劳，能够承受较强的工作压力，具有创新思维。
