Assignments:
? Reporting to the Asia Operational Manager;
? Mainly handle Hardline LIs but must be able to also handle Hardline FRIs when required.
? Supervising inspectors missions ensuring that the goods delivered by the factory are compliant with customer’s requirements in terms of quantity / assortment / packaging and making sure that orders are both complete and securely loaded into containers before shipment;
? Prepare monthly reports of non-conformity / non-compliance of inspections to establish corrective actions and proper training;
? Work closely with our team of coordinators and Inspectors to prepare, assess performance and quality of information of every inspection, paying special attention to inspections performed by 3rd parties;
? Providing support & training to inspectors to achieve company goals and client requirements;
? Monitoring and assessing inspectors’ activities;
? Estimate Loading Inspections times and cost. Validating inspectors’ mission expenses;
? Promote continuous improvements to processes and inspections;
? Revise, update and validate all inspection reports made by internal inspectors and 3rd parties;
? Work closely with 3rd parties to assure full understanding of our inspection needs and compliance of our inspection requirements;
? Assisting in performing internal revisions in accordance with Operation / Systems manuals and Codes of Practices throughout our business;
? Develop and update the Operation and Inspection Procedures;
? Draw up documented inspection procedures according to new customers/product requirements;
? Liaising with customer and suppliers, vendors and factories whenever necessary;
? Travelling can be required, mainly within China. Later on in Greater Asia;
Awareness and guidance for inspections in China and revision of their inspection procedure and reporting is mandatory.

? 主要负责监管监装杂货监装工作， 但是如果需要，也必须能监管验货工作。
? 确保工厂交付的货物在数量/分类/包装方面符合客户的要求，确保订单装船前完整、安全地装入集装箱；
? 准备不合格/不合规质检月报，以建立纠正措施和相应培训；
? 使质检组和协调组密切合作，以评估每次质检的绩效和信息质量，尤其注意外部质检工作；
? 向质检员提供支持和培训，以实现公司目标和客户要求；
? 检测和评估质检员的质检活动；
? 估算质检时间和成本，批准质检相关开支；
? 不断提高质检流程和质检本身的质和量；
? 与外部质检方密切合作，以确保其充分理解并遵守内部质检要求；
? 修改、更新和批准内外部质检报告。
? 根据业务，协助修订内部操作/系统手册和操作规范；
? 制定和更新营运和质检流程；
? 根据新客户、新产品的要求拟定书面质检流程；
? 在必要时联系客户、供应商、销售商和工厂；
? 可根据需要出差，先是中国，后为亚洲。
? 告知、指导中国的质检工作，修订质检流程和汇报工作为必要工作。
Requirements:
? 5 years or above Quality inspection and loading Inspections working experience in Hard Goods;
? Experienced in Import & Export, shipping and Customs clearance procedure;
? Minimum 2 years supervisory experience;
? Familiar with ISO international standards working environment and good practice;
? Proficiency in using MS Pack Office;
? Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
? Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized;
? Willing to work during holiday if necessary;
? Immediate availability appreciated.
