岗位职责 Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Be responsible for new supplier development covering collecting and evaluating the questionnaires, organizing and leading the supplier audit based on flex internal procedures.
• Handle all incoming supplier issue for MP and NPI project.
• To work with internal team to define the inspection specifications for material incoming inspections.
• To lead and work with Material Review Board to dispose the quality non-conforming materials captured at IQA or production lines.
• To work with internal team and customer to follow up with supplier for the material quality issues and to avoid their re-occurrence.
• To conduct the supplier performance review and routine quality rating.
• Prepare all required reports, and support on customer’s requirement.

岗位要求Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College’s Degree or above with at least 5 years’ experience of SQE function;
• English can read and write
• Deep understanding and knowledge with the fabrication process of below commodities and corresponding standards (at least one): PCB /EE component (IC, Optocoupler, Diodes, Mosfet, Transistor, etc.) (preferred), EM (Cable, Connector, Display, Switch, etc.)
• Familiar with quality tools like, QC 7 tools, 8D methodology.
• Analysis skills with logical mind to conduct Failure Analysis.
• Effective communication through English in reading, writing and presenting.
• 大专以上学历，

• 英语听说读写能力良好
• 熟悉电子料，比如IC，光耦合器，二极管，Mosfet，晶体管等优先考虑
• 熟悉供应商质量管控的相关流程，失效分析(FA)流程
