岗位主要负责变压器产品的生产工艺和制程，国外客户，地点大岭山

• Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process
• Daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues
• Support and oversee new process equipment production.
• Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Trouble shoot process related issues.
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Review processing methods.
• Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.

• 日常生产活动和解决日常问题的有效方法
• 支持并监督新工艺设备的生产
• 支持提出和引入工程变更单（ECO）
• 排除工艺制程的相关问题
• 参与工艺制程改进的相关活动。
• 负责新产品试产所需的SOP，制造流程等相关工艺文件的准备
• 负责新产品制程不良的分析及推动相关部门提供改善对策
• 负责新产品试产问题收集及DFM问题反馈
• 负责定期召开MIL会议并就制程问题提供FACA

岗位要求

1.College    degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc.

      大专及以上学历

      2.At least 3 years working experience on transformer field.

      具备3年以上变压器领域相关工作经验

      3.Good knowledge of transformer manufacturing process and technology.

      熟悉变压器制作工艺和技术

      4.Process troubling shooting work out the root cause and corrective    action.

      制程不良的分析，原因查找及改善对策提供

      5.Familiar  with oral and write    English .

      良好的英文读写说能力
