Responsibilities工作职责：

1. Development and building of suppliers in electronics area focused on supplier base in the south of China
2. Realize Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex quality problems
3. Definition and agreement of measuring techniques and process documentation
4. Support in the claim management (8-D Reports) and follow up of defined quality measures
5. Acts in the interest of the company with suppliers and guide them in the problem solving process
6. Realize supplier and process & system audits, eg. ISO, VDA6.3 etc.
7. Planning and implementation of quality improvement process and initiatives. PPM and Incidents/Billion target achievement.
8. Advise engineering function in terms of  manufacturing oriented purchasing parts
9. Support buyer’s cost target and quality escalation management.

                    

Requirements 任职要求 ：

1. Bachelor degree in electronic engineering preferably with additional background in quality management or similar qualification
2. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
3. Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
4. Wider Knowledge of metal transformation processes ( turning) and electronic manufacturing (EMS) or experience or experience in the quality assurance of mechanics / electronics
5. Good team player & cross function work experience
6. Stable personality
7.  Good English skills, both written and spoken ( international team located in different plant / countries)
