工作职责   Job Description

1. 客户订单接收审核及录入,交期确认及跟进。

   Customer orders reception,checking and entry into system,order schedules following up.

2. 客户订单及预测变化分析及改善

   Customer order / forecast deviation analysis and improvement.

3. Buyout 产品订单，出货跟进

  Buyout products order and shipment follow up

4. 出货计划 

  Shipment plan rolling update.

5. 客户仓库库存水平跟进

  IDC/RDC warehouses inventory monitoring.

6. 瓶颈管理

 Bottleneck management

7. 管理相应的KPI, 应及时预警、改善各项业绩指标。主要KPI包括LT0（生产交期），RSL1（客户服务满意指数）

Monitor deployed KPI, alert / quick reaction to deviations to make sure KPI are under controlled, including LT0 (production lead time for products)and RSL1(customer service level).

8. 持续改善项目

CIP/Projects 

9. 新旧产品订单及产付管理及跟进.

Product phase in/ phase out  management  & follow up

10. SAP系统模块负责人，主要负责系统各种问题解决,参数设置及维护。

PPT/a*O/SupplyOn Systems Key users in Sales Delivery Logistics area, work on the system issue & parameters maintainance.

要求 Requirement

1. 本科以上学历。
   

Bachelor or above

2. 英语口语流利

Fluent oral English

3. 较强数据分析能力,能通过数据分析改善计划模式，提升业绩指标。

Strong data analysis ability so as to improve planning and KPI performance base on facts and data analysis.

4. 5年以上的客户计划经验.  

At least 5 years in Customer plan

5． 具有强烈的团队意识，合作精神，能够在压力下工作。

Strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
