岗位职责

1. 助理经理改善和实现夹具设计和资格； 
2. 培训夹具技术人员设计技能 
3. 调试/鉴定和设置固定装置/设备及工位 
4. 指导供应商提供DFM和夹具设计 
5. 支持ME FACA所需的操作 
6. 解决产品中的夹具问题 
7. 定期跟进客户的相关参加活动

岗位要求：

 1）大专以上学历，工程专业

 2）3-5年的夹治具设计经验 

 1）必须具备机电工程经验。 

 2）机电一体化设计方面的知识。 

 3）熟悉DFM准则/标准。 

 4）英文读写良好优先考虑。

 6）良好的人际沟通能力岗位职责

Job Description

? Assistant manager to improve and achieve fixture design and qualification;

? Training fixture technician on design skill

? Debug/Qualify and setup fixture/equipment & stations

? Guiding suppliers to provide DFM and fixture design

? Support ME FACA actions required

? Resolve fixture issues in product

? Conduct regular follow up on customer's building activities

? Lead the new product launch in manufacturing role.

岗位要求：

1) college degree above， Major in Engineering

2） 3-5 years Fixture design experience

1) Mechatronic engineering experience is must.

2) Good knowledge of Mechatronic design.

3) Good knowledge of DFM Guideline/Standard.

4) Good writing English.

6) Good interpersonal and communication skills
