工作内容职责 Responsibilities：
1. 了解客户对设计的要求;
Understand the customer request about the design guide;
2. 与部门主管、销售团队和市场部门合作进行项目开发和管理;
Work with PD executive, sales team and marketing on the project development and management;
3. 负责刀模图、草图的绘制，以及绘制公司需要研发的产品设计图。
Be responsible for the draft die cut drawing, sketch; and own products’ designing drawing.
4. 负责ERP系统产品信息的创建和维护；
Be responsible for the product info creation into the ERP system;
5. 协助市场部做好展会样品的制作及其他相关广告工作;
Support the marketing team on the sample preparation for the trading show and other related advertising stuff;
6. 领导并跟进样品的发运;管理和维护产品规格库、样品库;
Lead and follow up the sample dispatching; manage and maintain the product spec library, sample storage;
7. ECN的变更或改进，与PD执行人员一起执行ECN;
Work with PD executive the ECN implementation for the change or improvement;
8. 了解纸张、纸板、瓦楞纸板、手工盒、塑料袋等产品制造工艺、印前、印后工艺、印刷转化、表面处理等材料;
Understand the material of paper, paperboard, corrugated sheet, clamshell, plastic bag manufacturing process, pre-printing, post printing process, printing converting, surface varnish and etc;
9. 协助经理完成日常工作。
Support the manager for the daily work.
职位要求 Requirements：
1. 毕业于包装设计，平面设计（其他专业有平面经验亦可)；
Graduated with Packaging Design, Graphic Design；
2. 熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / In Design / AutoCAD / ArtiosCAD软件的技能；
Proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator / AutoCAD / Artioscad software
3. 具有独立创意完成新产品的包装设计，有制作国际大客户包装经验者优先。
Have the independent creativity to complete the new product packing design, have the international big account packing experience is preferred;
4. 2年及以上印刷/包装结构/设计领域的工作经验(也考虑优秀实习生)；
2 year & above working experience in Packaging/ design area(Also consider outstanding interns)
5. 有ERP系统实际操作经验；
Better to have the practice experience for the ERP system
6. 良好的团队合作能力和项目管理能力；
Capability for the team & project management
7. 良好的英语阅读书写能力。
Good command of reading and written English.
