Job Description for main responsibilities

1- Manage samples achieve, prepare samples labels and manage inventory;

2- Assist project manager to prepare paper works such as quotation sheet, presentation table;

3- Arrange shipments for samples by UPS, DHL, FEDEX, air shipment and sea shipment;

4- Communicate with sales offices and suppliers;

5- Follow up new projects inquiries, sampling;

6- Understanding of production requirements.

7- Archive the report tables, files, inspection photos etc.;

Requirements:

1- Good command of spoken and written English;

2- Major in Business or English is preferred;

3- 1 year or above working experience in trading company or factory in lighting business is preferred;

4- Familiar with office software such as word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint .etc.;

5- Strong team work spirit and good communication skill.
