主要职责： 
1、负责项目运营系统的全面管理工作。
2、组织制定及执行项目中长期发展战略及经营目标，制定公司度经营计划和财务预算，确保年度生产经营指标的完成；
3．组织建立健全公司的生产及安健环管理体系，规范公司各项生产管理制度和流程建设，确保各项生产安全环保达标运行；
4．组织外部关系维护及其他对外沟通工作；
5．推动践行企业文化和价值观，提高员工凝聚力和活力。
任职要求： 
1、热能、锅炉、汽机、电气工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、多年以上电厂高级技术、管理经验，至少五年以上电厂运营管理工作经验，具备垃圾管理经验优先考虑；
3、具备较强的计划、组织、领导、协调、沟通能力； 
4、对事物的发展有全盘把控能力，具有良好的职业道德和素养，、较强的工作热情和责任感，能承担高强度的工作压力，具有坚毅的工作精神。
