岗位职责 Position Responsibility：

  

1. 负责落实实施设备定期的保养维护计划，保证生产部门设备正常运行

   Responsibility of make the regular equipment maintenance plan and execute it strictly to make sure all equipment running smoothly.

2. 负责生产部门设备的定期安全检查，特别是电气部件的状态，满足体系要求，确保安全生产

   Make sure all machines are under safe conditions specially for the electic components with the regular checking.

3. 负责提出设备优化改进项目，优化设备，提高自动化程度，从而提高设备的OEE;

   Responsibility for proposal the projects of equipment optimazation, improve machine automation to increase the OEE of equipment.

4. 负责处理日常设备的维修和日常保养，并保持维修保养记录以便后续进行数据分析改进；

   Solve the daily equipment issues and mainten daily maintenance, keep all records to do the analysis for continue improvement.

5. 新设备导入时负责设备的机械安装，电路布线及调试等工作；

   New equipment installation, testing and commissioning.

6. 负责工厂以及办公室日常的电气设施维修和维护；

   Daily facility/ office repairing and maintenance job.

7. 上级主管安排的其它工作；Other duties from the supervisor.

                          

 

  

  职位要求：Requirements:

  

1. 大专及以上学历，电气类及相关专业，从事自动化设备电气维护维修管理相关工作3年以上工作经验

   College degree or above with major in electrical engineering or related, 3 years or above working experience in electrical equipment maintenance and automation managerment.

2. 对制定设备维护保养计划并严格实施有一定经验，有欧美公司设备维护保养经验者优先；

   Have rich experince on equipment maintenance, working experience in USA/Europe company is plus.

3. 掌握电气自动化，电工基础、PLC等专业知识；Knowledge on electic automation, PLC, etc.

4. 熟练使用办公软件，看懂CAD图纸；Familiar with office and CAD software.

5. 要求有很高的现场亲自动手能力；High ability hands on expericence.

6. 具备低压电工证，有高压电工证优先考虑；

   Must have the low voltage electrician certification, high voltage electrician certification is plus.

7. 有一定的英文基础，能读，写，看懂设备英文说明书和资料

   Basic english skill, can read, writing and understand the english documents.
