Essential Functions of the Role (30% Payroll, 30% ER, 30% recruitment, 10% Other HR project)

• Participate the recruitment routine jobs in DG office, like conduct interview and process to identify qualified candidates, etc.

• Deal with employee relation issue some conflicts and some laid-off issue;

• Conduct new staff onboard procedure per company policy

• Handle probation interview/exit interview for PRC employees

• Take routine C&B jobs. eg. payroll calculation staff benefits, employee movement and variance related reports.

• Monitor HR Compensation & Benefit documents and reports for DG PRC staff & worker;

• People-file and HR related documents management routinely

• Other tasks be assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• College’s degree in Human Resources or related

• 5 years' HR experience in MNC, preferable in 2 yrs on recruitment, 2-3 yrs on C&B and ER

• Hands on experience on talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of labor laws and local government’s variance policies

• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good English level in written and oral

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
