Key Responsibilities

1. Administration management of office daily operation with high efficiency and cost effective, includes:

· Travelling arrangement and support

· Visitor reception and hospitality arrangement.

· Stationary, office equipment management.

· Organize the lunch, Pantry things

· Organize Shuttle bus & business car

· Working environment management (5S)

· Express delivery arrangement (documents)

· Safety review and problem check and solve.

· Annual review office facility, leasing, cleaner, driver and etc.

· Office facility maintenances

· office registration and update

· Fixed/Low value assets record & management

· Organize employee activities and communication activities

· Other administration supports on IT/MKT

· Other assigned by team leaders

2. HR Support

· Interview arrangement support

· New/Leaving Staff arrangement & follow

· Monthly Planner & Staff attendance management

· Staff Welfare related issue support

· Some training activities support

· Local office support assigned by team leaders

Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated

Education / Qualifications:

· College degree or above

· Have the experience Administration is preferred.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

· Able to deal with complex situation, and keep good cross functional communication

· Fluent in both oral & written English

· Skill in Microsoft office, project software

· Well understanding of project management

· Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated PC skills and good working knowledge of content management systems Personal Qualities:

· Self- confidence, self-esteem with mature interpersonal skills

· Good planning and organizational skills

· Drive for results, independent working capability

NB: Occasional international travel will be required as part of this role.
