Job description:

- Proactively communicating as the main point of contact with City Global’s network of vendors.

- Deal with quotes/bids via sourcing pricing of products.

- Make sure samples can be offered timely and correctly.

- Ensuring that our orders are being prioritized in production, as well as during mold and sampling stages.

- Setting expectations and overseeing those vendors follow through in fulfilling their commitments for our orders.

- Persuasively negotiating pricing and payment terms.

- Monitor the quality of our pre-production samples, and utilize them for reference once in production. Coordinate with our 3rd party quality control partners to schedule inspections for each order.

- Familiar with logistics and prepare shipping documents.

- Collaborative teamwork across departments in both Shenzhen & Los Angeles in order to coordinate progress transparently while solving challenges together.

- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions and recommendations that are consistent with City Global’s values and overall strategy.

Qualifications:

- Professional work experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations-related positions.

- Excellent written and communication skills in English.

- With 1-2 working experience. Graduated students are considerable.
