About the role: In charge of the whole area of Asia HR management, including 5 plants.

    

As HR Director Asia, you will be responsible for driving the HR Strategy execution in Mainland China and Viet Nam for the related department/function including hiring, talent development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits programs, employee communications etc. This role will partner closely with the business leaders to enable them to implement their strategies, priorities and achieve their goals, through change management, talent engagement and organization effectiveness.


    

    

Principal Accountabilities:

    

1. Provide sound and timely support related to HR topics to business stakeholders from talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee retention, performance management, talent development, organization development, employee relations, etc., to make sure the business targets could be delivered from people perspective.

    

2. Work closely with business leaders, assisting them to understand and implement company policies, procedures and laws/regulations.

    

3. Initiate and drive HR related projects based on business needs; coordinate the global/regional/country HR projects as per request.

    

4. Working with line managers for hiring activities

    

5. Working with line managers to identify and develop talents.

    

6. Supporting business to driver BU/ functional performance.

    

7. Working with leaders for employee engagement and retention.

    

8. Facilitating process of employee relationship cases.

    

9. Providing consultant or advice on other HR related issue.


    

    

Requirements:

    

1. Bachelor's degree and above. Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law is preferred.

    

2. More than 15 years of working experience, with at least 10 years in HR field; candidates with HR Business Partner experience from MNC are preferred.

    

3. Fluent English skill both in Oral and Written is a must.

    

4. Strategic thinking abilities balanced with hands-on operational experience.

    

5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

    

6. Strong consulting skills to influence and get things done through good partnership with others.

    

7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.

    

8. Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to details.

    

9. Open-minded and a good team player.
