Job Description：

    

1. Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly operation and marketing plans in coordination with the company's strategies, new product launch and platform promotion activities, to achieve performance targets.

    

2. Ensure the brand's advantageous of merchant ranking and activity exposure on the OTO platforms through negotiation, cross brand cooperation and advertising, etc.

    

3. Sort out platform activities and user feedback, analyzed competitors, and formulated targeted platform marketing plans.

    

4. Coordinated internal and external resources, conduct effective tracking, data analysis, summary and evaluation of platform activities, optimized activity plans and processes, and improved stores’ exposure, turnover, input/output ratio, and improved the depth and breadth of operations, etc.

    

    

Personal Qualities & Qualifications：

    

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above of experience in online operation of Internet platform or platform e-commerce, familiar with the operation process and rules of OTO platform.

    

2. Good communication skills, quick analysis and decision-making ability, can independently take charge of the overall operation.

    

3. Strong logic ability, strong data awareness, result orientation, clear thinking, and high data sensitivity.

    

4. Capability of brand online image building, category/hot sale items management, user management, brand profit, sales, subsidies control, etc.
