The key objective of this role is to handle materials/Vendor sourcing, purchase, payment process, monitor mass production materials progress, manage materials swatch library, vendor management, etc. 本岗位的目标在于处理物料/供应商开发，采购，付款流程处理，跟进大货交货进度，管理样板，维护和管理供应商关系，等等

Responsibilities:

1) Materials vendor sourcing 物料供应商开发;

2) Materials development 物料开发；

3) Cost and payment term negotiation to meet target 成本和付款条件的谈判以达成目标.

4) Vendor base management. 供应商的维护和管理

5) Handle materials purchasing processes like PO, payment, materials progress follow up, reports, documents, etc, everything is related to purchasing. 处理采购流程，如订单，付款条件，物料进度跟进，报表，文件，等，所有与采购相关事宜。

6) Manage materials swatch library.管理维护好物料样板

7) Others related to materials control 其他相关的事宜

Skills and Qualifications 能力与任职资格要求:

1) At least 3 years of working experience in soft good area involving materials like leather, PU, MF, fabric, hardware, zipper, magnet, etc. Bag industry working experience is preferred.至少3年的软物料开发工作经验，涉及物料如真皮、PU、超纤、布、五金、拉链、磁铁等等。在箱包行业工作经验优先。

2) Able to understand industrial language in English is a minimum requirement.至少能看得懂和理解行业物料术语的英文表达。

3) Feel comfortable to handle paperwork in daily work.对于日常文书工作方面感觉良好。

4) Clear mind, very organizing working manner and paying attention to details 清晰的思路，很有条理性的工作方式，并且注意细节的习惯。

5) Friendly, strong negotiation skills for issue solving. 态度友好，对于问题有较强的谈判解决能力。

6) College and above degree. 大专及以上学历。

7) A very good team player. 良好的团队合作精神
