工作职责：

1. 严格遵守、执行公司各项规章制度和EHS制度的要求，确保工作岗位处于良好的安全状态；

2. 制止、报告任何不安全行为，并对现场的安全隐患提出安全建议；

3. 根据指令和操作程序的要求进行各项作业；

4. 参与小组改善活动，根据日常工作的操作经验，对生产现场的问题提出建议和解决方法；

5. 参与日常巡检，做好工厂设备的日常检查和维护，做好各项生产记录；

6. 完成跨生产单元的培训学习和工作支持，不断优化完善现有操作程序；

7. 完成上级指派的其他工作。
