1:大专及以上学历。。 有较好的英文读，写，听能力。能用英语进行简单的沟通。能够阅读英文技术文件.

2:有三年以上在灯饰工厂或外资企业品质检验或工程部的工作经验；精通灯饰产品结构、加工流程及欧洲安规标准.能熟练使操作基本检验工具。

3:熟悉了解欧规灯具产品 LVD, EMC, New ERP, Rohs, Reach, sccp 等相关文件要求。

4:质量异常问题的纠正和预防措施的跟踪和效果确认 有较好的品质统计分析能力，能组织协调品质改善项目。

5:工作认真、负责，具备较强的自我管理、约束能力和沟通协调能力，具有高度的上进心和责任感，能够承受一定的工作压力。

6：有安规实验室工作经验者优先。 

7: 出差不频繁 。习惯经常出差的不适合。
