Plausibility audit and perform the Non-PO expense invoice posting and ensure

Perform the Intercompany accounts payable transactions posting and reconciliation

Deal with transactions of Assets Accounting management (Asset Create, Disposal, Inquire & Run Depreciation)

Review accounting expense journal entries and keep monitor the figures fluctuation of cost element

Work closely with other business or function depts to reserve an appropriate provision and accrual posting

Responsible for monthly closing schedule and progress include all relevant activities to ensure the all the internal financial reporting accurate timely submission. (E6E7-B/S and P&L, FR, Capex, Expense Report etc.)

Prepare the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and fluctuation analysis, keep follow the long-term outstanding items

Based on the Pulcra Year End Instructions, fill out and assure the Pulcra Package - PET reporting data are reconciled with SAP

Prepare the local financial statutory report – PRC and other external reporting to local government

Assist Internal or external Audit and Ad-hoc project / activity support

Work with Tax accounting to ensure taxation related compliance. Ex. Yearly EIT filling / Super-deduct for R&D expense audit

General SHEQ Accountabilities: Conducting tasks delegated by the company’s SHEQ team; Ensure following of the company’s Management system, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.
