Position Accountabilities:

1.Control the tariff of the important acct, update and keep the record
2.Main bridge between the important customers and operations and customer service department
3.In-house coordinator for all urgent matters or project of an important account
4.Re-engineering the current process/procedures for enhancing the efficiency & effectiveness
5.Assist the Key Account Manager in various reports
6.Assist the managers with client issues if necessary


Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1.Strong communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
3.Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
4.College degree or above
5.At least 2 years relevant Sales experience in Freight industry
