Position Overview:

Responsible for sales support, including: handling customer inquiries & complaints/RFQ / Tender Management/SOP setup

Position Accountabilities:

1.Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary

2.Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need.

3.Provide service information to customers

4.As the back up to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / trade lane manager (leave /business trip / sick)

5.Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1.College degree or above

2.Strong communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills

3.Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus

4.Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

5.Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which minimum 1 year experience in Sales Administration/Key Account

6.Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
