Specific Responsibility:

1. Analyze and estimate the usage of materials (e.g. carton box, plastic wrap, labels, etc.), manpower and storage spaces for the customers

2. Timely replenish the materials and manpower to meet the customer needs

3. Work closely with operation teams, customers and distributors in planning and managing the replenishment schedule and process to meet the production schedule of customers

4. Prepare statistics reports to Management

Experience & Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in MS office including MS Word and Excel

2. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

4. Strong analytical skill in data analysis and reporting

5. Self driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency

6. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management or other relevant discipline

7. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

8. Knowledge of supply chain, materials flow concept and MRP system is preferred

9. Need to travel to Hong Kong further.
