Job responsibility:

1. Conduct factory audits on the Health Safety Environment Labor law compliance etc. in different city & industry (Textile/Footwear/Accessories)
2. Monitor the factory’s improvements with the objective of improving the non-conformity observed
3. Educate suppliers in all aspects of Compliance, including lead training or spot external trainers to increase team and supplier awareness about Compliance Best Practices
4. Communicate required code of conduct and standards to the audited factories
5. Support the factory to do capacity building and remediations
6. Complete audit and report as requirements
7. Support sustainability manager into solving technical problems and preparing corrective action plans
8. Assist China sustainability manager in dealing with factory audit schedule
9. Work with team member closely, progresses and develops together
10. Plus any other requirement as directed by Management.

Job Requirement:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese, English.
2. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP.
3. College degree, and advance degree preferred.
4. More than 2 years in relevant experience related to Social Compliance auditing for apparel/ shoe manufacturing facilities.
5. SA8000 Auditor Certification is a plus.
6. Awareness about international labor standards and Human Right issues is preferred.
