We are looking for an Ethical Sourcing Administrator in Dongguan（东莞） to manage the factory status and communicate with vendor and factory for Ethical Sourcing renewal on a timely manner.

  

  

  

  

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

  

  

• Coordinate with third parties to ensure Ethical Sourcing audit is organised and carried out on schedule

• Follow up with vendors to ensure Ethical Souring renewals are completed before expiration

• On-time updating company system with audit information

• Verify vendor and factory details

• Record audit results in company system

• Prepare and issue Ethical Sourcing audit certification

• Prepare monthly Ethical Sourcing reporting

• Provide periodic update on factory disclosure list

                

                

  

  

  

Job Requirements:

  

  

  

• A college degree holder or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year experience on technical or social compliance preferably

• Strong verbal and written skills in English and local language

• Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel (pivot, vlook-up)
