Responsibilities:
Summary: Champion of Asia EA and Power business
Details:
- Manage accounts in the areas of cost, quality, delivery and service to ensure the business continuity and customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Establish the goal of sales budget, order intake, order book and keep track of trend and performance. Identify opportunity and risk and provide achievable mitigation / recovery plan.
- Contribute to the quality of earnings by sensible costing / pricing exercise and margin improvement initiatives.
- Being the major contact window of communication, presentation and negotiation with customer
- Identify and capture organic growth.
- Propose, justify, and execute specific business strategy towards different customer / business case.
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess minimum bachelor’s degree in business and sciences.
? 10 years + relevant working experience in electronics manufacturing environment, with solid knowledge and exposure in below areas
1) International trading
2) Project management
3) Customer service
4) Supply chain
5) Manufacturing shopfloor process
6) Finance.
? Proven track record of managing multinational customers with complicated business cases, highly configured products and demanding requirement.
? Well-rounded skills in communicating, presenting and negotiating with customer under a high-pressure environment and a demanding business case.
? Power supply industry knowledge is a plus.
? Self-initiated and result driven.
? Positive attitude, strong personal interactive skill and persistent integrity & ethic.
? Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must.
? Business travel as required.
