Job description （工作地点是宁波）

Brief Responsibilities

daily operations which including order confirmation & planning, contact with labs & factories for product testing and follow retailer sourcing office to complete their process, for example product meeting and inspection booking.

? Works on Stationary projects with factories for samples tracking, productions schedules, production follow ups and PO tracking.

? Works with testing labs for following up on sample test reports.

? Work with HK office for PO Issue and shipping schedules.

? Work with QC team for goods inspection bookings.

日常工作包括订单计划与确定，跟进产品采购的流程、产品的测试，保证产品符合目标质量要求。懂得协调工厂和客户关系，督促工厂确保按质按时出货。

• Other duties assigned by Mangers
• 经理交待的其他工作，直接汇报项目经理。
• Report to Project Manager

Basic Qualifications（（岗位要求）

• Have high sense of responsibility and team work spirit, patient, pay attention details,

有高度的责任心和团队精神， 能吃苦耐劳，工作认真、细心。

• for Good communication skill, written English is necessary.

具备良好的沟通技巧，流利的英语书写能力。

· Command the computer skills

1. 电脑办公软件的操作
2. Printing, Plastic Injection or Stationery background is preferred.
3. 刷、塑胶或文具类产品者侁先考虑
4. Over College degree
5. 以上学历

Preferred Qualifications

• 2y+ experience preferred. （两年工作经验以上做先考虑）

· English preferred （英文流利者优先考虑）
