Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting journals for AP/AR/GL; Invoice checking and preparation of payments; T&E checking; Assist in the accounting analysis; Prepare schedules for reviews.

Accounts Payable

• Process AP invoices with proper approval seek
• Ensure proper supportings
• Ensure AP voucher codings are correct in SAP
• Estimate the AP payment for the coming week and prepare funding requests
• Prepare payment journals and payment batches
• Check T&E claims, petty cash and prepare vouchers
• Check and review supplier statements
• Follow up long outstanding in AP

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare AR invoices based on relevant information
• Prepare AR vouchers, and ensure voucher codings are correct in SAP
• Prepare and distch monthly statements to customers
• Follow up long outstanding in AR

General Ledger

• Prepare GL vouchers on relevant prepayments, accruals and provisions, depreciation, etc.
• To check bank details and perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare Co-Star and depreciation schedules
• Prepare account analysis and schedules on P&L and balance sheet accounts for monthly and year-end reviews
• Assist in annual audit
• Assist to liaison with bankers, tax advisors
• Assist in monthly closing process
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Diploma or Degree holders in accounting or relevant disciplines; (ii) LCC Higher or equivalent
• Strong PC Skills: (Excel, PowerPoint )
• Knowledge of SAP, HFM, & Essbase
• Good written & oral communication skills in English and Chinese
• Team player
• Detail- and Result-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Internal Control
