Assignments:

· Reporting to Loading Inspection Supervisor

· Performing hard and Soft line cargo Loading Inspections in China as required

· Performing cargo inspections strictly implementing company processes and requirements as instructed by the reporting Loading Inspection Supervisor

· Performing Supervision of Container Loadings strictly implementing company applicable protocol and Work Instructions

· Drawing out compliant reports and submitting them timely as per company reporting rules and requirements commenting any non-conformances, product or process

· Claiming mission expenses as per regulations in force and according to company applicable rules and regulations on data entry and system record  

· Promote continuous improvements through close communication with reporting supervisor  

· Work closely with our team or coordinators (Coordination department) to ensure inspections assigned on a Part Time basis are smoothly planned

· Liaising with suppliers, vendors and factories whenever necessary

· Knowledge of Import & Export and customs clearance procedure is an advantage

· Promote honesty, transparence, health and safety at all times during the performance of his duties

· Travelling within China required.

Requirements :

· 5 years or above QA/QC working experience in Textile, Furniture, Home Appliances, Decoration items, Tableware, Toys product categories

· Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying out loading inspections

· Ability to work as part of an inspection team or alone taking own initiatives

· Must be flexible to work a reasonable amount of Overtime

· Warehouse QC experience & knowledge of warehouse environment

· Familiar with ISO international standards working environment and good practice

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

· Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized

· AQSIQ certified candidates preferred  

· Immediate availability appreciated
