职位描述：  

店长要求：

-高中以上程度

-需至少5年以上品牌销售工作经验及3年以上主管经验，有管理10人以上店铺经验优先。

-具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧

-有同类服装零售店铺管理经验者优先考虑

店员要求：
- 年龄18-32，中专或以上学历，户籍不限，男女均可；
- 五官端正，热爱时尚，充满活力，有1年以上奢侈品潮牌服装零售经验尤佳；
- 能够适应零售行业的工作环境以及工作时间；
- 具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧；
- 工作时间：做五休二（8小时班制）

- 薪资待遇：底薪+ 提成

-福利：五险一金/个性化工服/超长年假

-工作地点：杭州湖滨银泰in77 A区I.T店铺
