Purpose/Summary:

For this position we are looking for an ambitious and strong individual who will be accountable for the execution of our Maersk SCM operational processes in Chengdu. The team in Chengdu, China has around 300 people working for Maersk SCM and in this challenging position you will be responsible to deliver agreed SLA’s in order for us to grow and expand in the near future. Needs to possess the drive for continuous improvements. The team serves and supports the Maersk SCM activities for the following regions – Greater China, Korea and Japan. In the GSC we have developed a culture of continuous improvements and therefore we are able to deliver a world class customer service. This is a position which will offer the right candidate lots of career and development opportunities in a constantly changing and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

？ Training and knowledge transfer

· Ensure all training needs for local SU's and local organization are covered. This includes creating new training materials, delivering training and taking responsibility of specific training topics.

· Cascade any new system function and knowledge within SCM organization

？ Issue resolution

· Responsible for issue resolution and escalation of operational and system issues in their area of expertise.

· Contact point with SCM TL & MNG for any issue impacting end to end process in CGD GSC.

· Escalation point with TL & MNG from CGD GSC

？ System & process improvements

· Responsible for driving process and system improvements by providing inputs on possible improvement areas and participating in UAT's.

· Improvement areas include Productivity, quality and Customer satisfaction. To achieve this regular RCPS sessions and sit-in's must be performed.

？ Collaboration & Best practice Sharing

· Be an active member of team by driving collaboration and best practice sharing initiatives

Skills and Job Knowledge:

？ Education and Experience

? Bachelor’s degree from university

? 7+ years finance operation working experience.

? Diploma in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT / Logistics – Added Advantage.

? Working in a BPO or Customer Service processes or Logistics Industry– Added Advantage.

? Good communication & interpersonal skill and should be able to build good working relationship.
