2. 针对新品制作DFM, 对硅胶模具结构有较深入了解,能制定产品生产工艺流程及辅助夹治具设计评估编制审核各工序SOP;

3,精通CAD,懂PRO/E,或UG等软件;

4,有良好的沟通能力,领导能力,能带动整个团队推进项目;

5,抗压能力强;

6.懂液态硅胶成型及模具结构优先
