Overall Purpose:

As an accountant, he / she is required to support SAP implementation project as well as reviewing the financial packages prepared by the operational center accounting team.

Main accountabilities :

？ Act as SME in the SAP implementation project, including gathering of required information, assisting on the target process design, performing analysis, testing and conduct trainings.

？ Partner with project team and other stakeholders to resolve issues

？ Guide the operating center accounting team on the required actions for SAP project, such as data clean up, data migration etc

？ Coordinate with operational center accounting teams for daily operation as well as reviewing the reporting packages to ensure complying with group and statutory audit requirement

？ Provide analysis on the financial reports and advise management on the needed actions to improve the financials

？ Ad-hoc as needed

Knowledge and Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting gained in MNC or audit firm

Education: Degree in Finance/Accountancy

Systems: Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage

Technical/ Functional skills:

· Strong management accounting skillset, including problem solving and analytical skills

· Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage

· System implementation/Project management experience is also preferred

Other skills and competencies:

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Proficiency in Excel/PPT etc

· Ability to work independently and handle conditions of uncertainty

· Demonstrated track record of being able to work within deadlines
